The Audit Engine is designed to enhance throughput in all areas of the BPC Suite by providing a centralized high-speed asynchronous logging service. In addition to standard application logging, financial services applications often bear additional complex and data-rich auditability requirements imposed by the exchanges, the NASD, and other regulatory bodies. The Audit Engine minimizes auditability overhead though asynchronous logging and facilitates administration and reporting by centralizing audit data.
